Hello, my name is John. I was working for the post office. I broke my foot about a month ago. My doctor and the work nurse said I could go back to work, but the post office won’t let me because I have to wear a boot on my right foot until at least the end of February or even longer. I have no income.

Then to top it off, I'm currently doing dialysis and waiting on a kidney transplant. I used all my sick time and my vacation at the post office.

went back to foot dr. Swelling finally went down. New X-ray sihowed multiple breaks but apparently my toe and all the bones shifted. So they gave me 2 choices 1. Geta special boot that’s cast to my foot and wear that the rest of my life. But they won’t let me back to work with it. 2. Get the same boot wear it for 6 months till everything heals then do surgery to put in plates and srews. Either way I’m screwed when it comes to work. All I want to do is go back to work. I don’t like sitting around the house doing nothing.im not that type of person.
