i’m creating this gofundme for very close friends.

I hope everyone takes the time to read this knows what it’s like to have friends that are also apart of your family. My family is blessed to be able to share this to help someone that means the world to us.

to get into detail about this gofundme, our friend Joe got into an extremely scary situation on Saturday evening. This situation resulted in having to get a lifeflight to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh Saturday evening. Joe was in an accident that resulted in serious burns. Joe has burns to his legs, hands, arms and his face. Joe has to spend a minimum of three weeks hospitalized due to lessening the risk of infection. He is covered in bandages, getting extensive treatment to treat his wounds and is scheduled for surgery this Wednesday the 19th to continue to treat the burns.

one of the hardest things about this situation is Joe is a provider for his family and will be unable to work for some time while he recovers. To add more about Joe, he is an incredible friend and would help anyone if he had the means, and he takes “give the shirt of your back” literally. He is a super hard worker and struggles to ask for help. Joe is an incredible father of two and a stubborn but loving husband. He is an incredible person with a great humor and we all just want him to be able to rest and recover without added stress of financial strain.
