Support for Joe’s Recovery Journey

Hi everyone,

As many of you know, our dad, Joe, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and has been in the ICU since Monday. After several days of excellent care at United Hospital, he is thankfully stable and heading home today to continue his recovery before undergoing surgery on May 2nd.

Joe has faced this unexpected journey with incredible strength, humor, and his usual warmth—charming every nurse and doctor along the way. He remains in good spirits and is focused on healing and preparing for the next steps.

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help support Joe and our family as we navigate the financial challenges ahead. Between medical expenses, time away from work, and upcoming rehabilitation needs, we’re doing our best to manage the load so Joe can focus fully on his recovery. Your donations will be directly used for medical expenses and bills that come in while my parents are not working.
