The Tanaskoski family is navigating a challenging journey. After what seemed like a typical case of strep throat, their beautiful 6 year old daughter Joana received an extremely rare inflammatory response to the infection. Joana is being treated aggressively for this neurological syndrome. We want her family to focus on their daughter right now without any other worries as she is receiving medical care.
