Hi, I'm Jerry, or Jay for those who are close to me. I'm 40 years old and dad to some awesome kids. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. That has spread throughout my body and into my bones. I'm starting a go fund me page, because working isnt easy. Looking to get help with some bills, covering some gas to dr appointments. And be completely honest just living my best life until I die. It's actually really hard making this, because I was raised to work for what you get. But when I literally can't work I've had to resort to this. Anything is appreciated and I am grateful for.
