Our family has been facing an incredibly difficult medical journey. Jeremy was hospitalized continuously from October 22 through November 25. After a brief time at home, he was readmitted to the hospital on December 16, underwent another surgery on December 17, and remains hospitalized.

During this most recent hospitalization, while Jeremy was in surgery, his wife lost her job. Between the extended hospital stays, multiple surgeries, lost income, and ongoing medical expenses, the financial strain has become overwhelming.
