On March 26th 2026 Israel Cruz-Amado was detained by ICE agents in Anacortes Washington, when he had just shown up to his job site. He came to America with his parents when he was a child. Ever since, he has worked hard while raising a family in our community. He has a valid green card, and has no violent or drug related crimes. My name is Eugene Garcia and I've worked alongside Israel for the last 10 years, and I've seen him and his family grow up in this area. He's a kind, hardworking, and loving father. In these challenging times, what is needed right now is for us to come together as a community to help this family that is going through hardships. Any donations will go towards his legal fees but most importantly to support his family. 100% of the money donated will be directly deposited to his family.
