Hello my name is Isabella and I am the first in my family to graduate with a masters. I am graduating in May with my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Recently my families business lost everything and have been struggling financially.

Part of the process for therapists when graduating is that they are not allowed to work in their field until the state gives permission which can take anywhere from 2-8 months. With my family’s business and family struggling financially I want to be able to help my family and also be able to afford the time in between getting my license. I have found some small jobs here and there to try and support myself as much as I can but it is still going to be difficult.

Helping my family is important to me and I also don’t want my struggles with money worrying them. I want to be able to pay rent without their help and cover basic needs without them worrying. I also want to cover basic need expenses for them so they have one less thing on their plate. Anything would help me and my family. Thank you so much!
