Hi, my name is Emma. I'm in fifth grade. This account is for my best friend, Isabel, who has cancer.
Isabel and I used to do everything together. We had slumber parties, played at recess, ate lunch together at school, and talked every single day.
Last December, Isabel was gone from school for a few days. I thought she was just sick. Then she texted me and said she was in the hospital because of a sprained ankle, so we went to visit her. That’s when we found out she has bone cancer, and she started chemo the very next day.
Now, we don’t get to see each other. I miss her so much and love her a lot.
If you are able to, please consider donating to help Isabel and her family. Thank you for reading and for caring.
Love,
Emma
more information:
Isabel has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a type of blood cancer that affects the bone marrow. She began chemotherapy immediately and will be undergoing intensive treatment over the coming months. While ALL is highly treatable in children, the process is long, demanding, and places significant emotional and financial strain on the entire family.
Funds raised will help support Isabel and her family with medical expenses, travel to and from treatments, missed work, meals, and daily needs as they focus on her care and recovery. Any support, whether through a donation or sharing this page, is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for supporting Isabel and her family during this time.
