Hi, I’m Lara Moeckel, a good friend of the Doe family. The kindest, most humble loving family!

Our hearts are broken for Hudson Doe and his beautiful family whose lives were forever changed when Hudson was randomly and viciously attacked on December 12, 2025.

Hudson - kind, innocent, and just beginning his adult life - was brutally assaulted without provocation. He suffered a fractured skull and traumatic brain damage, and he now faces a long, uncertain road to recovery. What should have been a time filled with dreams and plans for his future has instead become a fight for healing, strength, and hope.

His family has been by his side every step of the way, showing incredible love and resilience in the face of unimaginable pain. Like so many in our community know, the Does are a family who give freely, love deeply, and are always there for others. Now, they need us.

Funds raised will help ease the overwhelming financial burden of medical care, rehabilitation, ongoing therapy, and the many unexpected costs that come with long-term recovery. Most importantly, your support allows Hudson’s family to focus on what matters most - being present, hopeful, and united as Hudson works toward healing.
