My niece is currently in the hospital on a ventilator, fighting for her life. She is in critical condition, and our family is facing a situation we never could have imagined.

Right now, one of her lungs is not working at all, and the other is only functioning at about 50%. She has multiple tubes in place to help her breathe and drain fluid, including tubes in her nose, mouth, and chest. She is relying on machines and the care of her doctors to keep her going.

Her parents have not left her side and are currently unable to work as they stay with her at the hospital. At the same time, their three other children are being cared for by our family. We are doing everything we can, but it has been a struggle emotionally and financially for everyone.

We truly don’t know what the outcome will be right now, and we are holding onto hope and praying for a miracle.
