Standing with Gracia: A Survivor’s Journey to Healing
Gracia has faced an overwhelming series of losses and challenges in the past 18 months. Her father died suddenly, both of her grandparents passed away, and she has endured numerous private personal tragedies.
At the same time, she has come forward publicly as a survivor and whistleblower, exposing the sexual abuse and cover-up of sexual abuse by leaders at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOPKC), founded by disgraced evangelical leader Mike Bickle. Gracia has also dedicated herself to advocating for and supporting other survivors related to IHOPKC who have come forward during this time. While her courage has helped many, the experience has been deeply re-traumatizing, taking a toll on her mental health and well-being.
Gracia has lived a life deeply marked by trauma, and like so many survivors, she has never had access to the kind of therapy she needs to heal from extreme CPTSD. The financial burden of raising three young daughters has made healing feel out of reach. Now, with increasing financial pressures, affording therapy seems more impossible than ever.
How You Can Help
Every donation will go directly toward:
• Trauma therapy and mental health support that Gracia has desperately needed but has never been able to afford.
• Essential financial relief for her and her daughters during this incredibly difficult season.
Please consider donating today. If you’re unable to give financially, sharing this fundraiser and spreading the word would be incredibly helpful.
Let’s come together to help Gracia and her girls find stability, healing, and hope.
