Hi, my name is Gladys, I’m 23 years old and I have End Stage Renal Disease. I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in February 2025 and have been on dialysis ever since. I do dialysis every day at home, and some days may be hard, but I try my best to feel good every day. Right now, DHR is requiring that I have financial support for when I get a transplant. I am just one step away from being on the list to get a transplant soon.
