I am asking for your help.

I wouldn’t if i didn’t need it, but at this moment we’re going through a hard time and we’re in need.

My son Giuseppe Gerardo García Vera is 25 years old and is fighting for his life. On March 13 he was hospitalized because he suffered a stroke and till then is still in the hospital. He is hospitalized at Northeast GA Medical Center and at this moment he is intubated and in coma. At this moment Doctors say that his left side of the brain is not functioning well. It’s very swollen and has blood clots.

I am asking for your help to cover for his medical bills and any needs he will need since we’re not sure how long he will remain like this, in the hospital and if he will be needing any type of rehabilitation. My son doesn’t have medical insurance nor I make enough to cover all the expenses therefore I’m asking for your help.

The reality is that an extended hospitalization brings overwhelming medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and the need for care once he returns home. Your support will help relieve that burden so he can focus on recovering.

No lo haría si no fuera necesario, pero en este momento estamos pasando por una situación difícil y nos encontramos en apuros.

Mi hijo, Giuseppe Gerardo García Vera, tiene 25 años y está luchando por su vida. El 13 de marzo fue hospitalizado tras sufrir un derrame cerebral y, desde entonces, permanece internado en el hospital. Se encuentra hospitalizado en el Northeast GA Medical Center y, en este momento, está intubado y en coma. Los médicos indican que el lado izquierdo de su cerebro no está funcionando correctamente; presenta una inflamación severa y coágulos sanguíneos.

Les pido su ayuda para cubrir sus gastos médicos y cualquier necesidad que pueda surgir, ya que no sabemos con certeza cuánto tiempo permanecerá en este estado ni cuánto tiempo más estará en el hospital, ni tampoco si requerirá algún tipo de rehabilitación. Mi hijo no cuenta con seguro médico y yo no percibo ingresos suficientes para cubrir todos los gastos; por ello, recurro a ustedes en busca de ayuda.

La realidad es que una hospitalización prolongada conlleva facturas médicas abrumadoras, costos de rehabilitación y la necesidad de cuidados una vez que regrese a casa. Su apoyo ayudará a aligerar esa carga para que él pueda concentrarse plenamente en su recuperación.
