My name is Garrick Cole, i have congestive heart failure, diabetes and been on dialysis for 13 years. I came to the hospital on Wednesday about a sore on my foot and had it amputated Thursday and got to have it amputated right below the knee in a couple days, i will be down about 8 months!!
