Hello, my name is Sylvia Moomey. I am raising money for Mr. Fred Peralta. Fred has undergone so much, his health has been declining since 2009 when he had a transplant for his liver. He has diabetes, stage 4 kidney disease, prostate cancer, and we just recently found out he has throat cancer from hpv when he was younger. He has started radiation on Tuesday the 30th of December, on Monday January 5th he is getting a port in his chest so they can start chemo. We are asking for $2000 to help with gas to get back and forth to radiation treatments, food, and to help with cost of living. Fred is the most caring, giving and sympathetic man I've ever met. He would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. Everyone who knows him knows how amazing he is. So now we are asking you to help us in these difficult times.
