Title: Support Frank Lopez During Cancer Surgery & Recovery
Story:
Hi, my name is Sandra Lopez, and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother, Frank Lopez.
Frank has been diagnosed with cancer of the vocal cord, a life-changing diagnosis that has deeply impacted our entire family. On January 20, 2026, Frank will undergo surgery to have his vocal cord removed. This is a major operation, and he is expected to remain in the hospital for 7–10 days, followed by a long and difficult recovery.
Frank is the father of seven children, with five currently living at home who depend on him every day. His youngest child has hydrocephalus and is legally blind, requiring additional care and support. During this time, Frank will be unable to work and will need to focus on healing while continuing to support his family.
Along with the emotional and physical toll of cancer, the financial burden is overwhelming—medical bills, hospital stays, follow-up care, medications, and lost income will quickly add up. The goal of this fundraiser is to help relieve that stress so Frank can focus on recovery and being there for his children.
Frank has always been a loving, hardworking father and a strong presence for his family. Now, he needs the support of his community. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward medical and family-related expenses. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser or keeping Frank and his children in your thoughts and prayers means more than we can express.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
— Sandra Lopez
