Felecia Bean Barnes, a devoted servant, mother, wife and friend, suffered a major brain stroke in early August 2025, followed by a second stroke in September 2025. Felecia is an entrepreneur and the owner of Felecia Bean Catering Company, which served as the family’s sole source of income.

As a result of these devastating and unforeseen events, we humbly and earnestly ask for your generous support during this critical time. What was initially believed to be a brief season of recovery has now become a prolonged and challenging journey. It has been six months with no income, placing an extraordinary emotional and financial burden on this family. All donations will go directly to Felecia and Fredrick Barnes to help sustain them as they navigate this difficult chapter.

Despite the severity of her condition, Felecia continues to fight each day with remarkable strength and determination. Although she is currently unable to walk or speak, she has regained movement in her body, and we are grateful for every sign of progress. Her resilience is a testimony of faith, perseverance, and hope.

Since August 4, 2025, Fredrick Barnes has remained unwavering in his devotion to his wife. He did not leave her side for more than 30 consecutive days while she was hospitalized, only stepping away when she was transferred to rehabilitation—followed by a return to the ICU after her second stroke. She has since been readmitted to rehab, and Fredrick continues to stand faithfully by her side.

Each morning at 6:00 a.m., he is present, remaining until 8:00 p.m. when visiting hours conclude. He has taken on the role of full-time caregiver, learning how to feed her, change her, manage her tracheostomy, assist with occupational therapy, and provide constant emotional and spiritual support. His love, sacrifice, and steadfast commitment exemplify what it means to be a devoted husband. Truly, a job well done.
