My name is Eric and here is what's going on with my spine.
Multilevel cervical spondylosis with spinal stenosis and foraminal narrowing.
In plain English:
• “Multilevel” = It’s happening at several levels in your neck.
• Spondylosis = Age-related wear and tear (arthritis) in your neck spine.
• Spinal stenosis = Narrowing of the central spinal canal.
• Neuroforaminal narrowing = Narrowing of the openings where the nerves exit the spine (this can cause nerve pain).
What’s Happening Level by Level
C3–C4
• Mild spinal canal narrowing
• Mild right nerve narrowing

• Moderate spinal stenosis
• Severe narrowing on the left nerve
• Moderate narrowing on the right
This is one of the more significant levels.
