If you don't know Eric, he is the kind of person who you reach out to when you need someone to get into a problem with you. He's the person who pulls up a chair and says, "Alright, what's going on? How can I help?". I've seen him go from helping someone with a development workflow to fixing a door in the span of an hour. He also loves Pokémon and his former Harley Davidson Road King. Having worked with him for twelve years, I can say without a doubt that he is wired to care and to care deeply and patiently. He is wired to act and show up rather than be yet another bystander.
