 Elias and Tatyana are dear friends who have a heart to serve the Lord. They are Brazilian missionaries who have been working with Christian Heritage School, a ministry of YWAM Tyler, for nearly 9 years. They have two sons John and Ruben. Tatyana was diagnosed with breast cancer in April last year which led to 16 chemotherapy and 33 radiotherapy sessions. She is now in a recuperating phase. The last phase will be the reconstructive surgery which will take place during summer. However in the meantime, her husband Elias discovered colon cancer during a routine check up last November and is also undergoing chemotherapy and will undergo surgery.
