Hello everyone,

A short summary of my situation:

I was in the military, my children’s mother and I divorced, I filed a court motion to reduce child support since 1) I have honorably discharged from the military and 2) I became unemployed and a full-time student. I am currently seeking employment following the 2024-2025 football season.

And so, from April up until now, I have been held accountable for child support payments at the same rate as if I am still in the military and my motion to reduce it was denied. I am not an absent father in my children’s life as I have went to extremes to ensure that the consistent communication amongst me and my children are never interrupted or broken.

So, I made this GoFundMe in hopes of getting the guidance and assistance I will need to overcome this. I cannot afford a lawyer, but I have been in contact with lawyers whose given opyimal pricing for me to know what I will need to pay for this process.

If anyone is willing to help me through this journey, I would appreciate it.
