Hello Everyone,

My name is Evelyn and I’m creating this go fund me for my sister Dulce and her husband Cesar, in hopes of helping them a bit through this difficult time. My sister was celebrating her 32nd birthday when her and her husband were in a very bad accident as they were driving back home from a road trip. Their truck was completely totaled, my brother in law suffered broken ribs and a hurt shoulder. My sister however suffered very bad injuries as she was ejected from their vehicle when their vehicle rolled over. She suffered broken ribs, a broken arm, fractured sternum, her pelvis is fractured and completely disconnected from her spine. At the moment she’s scheduled for two surgeries, with one of them putting her at risk of having major nerve damage and the possibility of leaving her paralyzed as they will be doing their best to connect the spine back to the pelvis.

Many of the hospital staff have expressed that it’s a miracle that she is even alive. We are genuinely just grateful to have them both still here with us. God is good.

So as you can imagine, both my brother in law and my sister will be taking some time off work to heal and recover from this very bad experience. Both my brother in law and my sister are left with the burden of paying their medical bills, house bills and their mortgage. With both of them unable to work, it puts them at risk of falling behind on their bills unfortunately, which is once again why we’re reaching for help.

Mi nombre es Evelyn y estoy creando este Go Fund Me para mi hermana Dulce y su esposo César con la esperanza de ayudarlos durante este momento difícil. Mi hermana estaba celebrando su cumpleaños cuando ella y su esposo sufrieron un horrible accidente cuando iban de regreso a su casa. Su camioneta quedó destruida y mi cuñado se lesionó el hombro y tiene costillas quebradas. Mi hermana sufrió heridas graves ya que ella salió volando de la camioneta cuando la camioneta se volteó. Ella tiene un brazo quebrado, costillas quebradas, su esternón quedó fracturado y su pelvis quedó fracturado y está completamente desconectado de la columna vertebral. En el momento, ella tiene programada dos cirugías en la cual una de ellas puede ocasionar daños en los nervios y existe la posibilidad de que quede paralizada ya que los doctores tratarán de hacer lo posible de juntar la columna con la pelvis. Mucho personal del hospital han expresado que es un milagro que mi hermana esté viva, la cual nosotros estamos de acuerdo. Nosotros solo estamos agradecidos de que los dos todavía estén con nosotros. Dios es bueno a pesar de todo.

Así que como se imaginan, tanto mi cuñado y mi hermana estarán tomando un tiempo sin trabajar para poder sanar y recuperarse de esta tragedia. Ellos necesitarán ayuda económica ya que no podrán trabajar por un tiempo y corren el riesgo de atrasarse con sus biles y su hipoteca.
