I created this to help my cousin Dominic, with medical expenses and everything else that transpires from such a tragedy. Dom was in a terrible car accident (hit and run situation involving multiple vehicles) on Sunday January 18th 2026. He was life flighted to UPMC Presby, and is in the ICU. Dom has a brain bleed, swelling, a monitor was placed in his brain to track oxygen and swelling, fractured ribs, collapsed lung, bruises on both lungs, broken ribs, damage to liver, broken femur, broken c & t vertebrae, two small facial fractures and waiting for surgery on his femur. The Drs said it is too early to determine the outcome. He has made the slightest improvement and is mostly breathing on his own but he is not yet close to being in the “safe zone.” The Drs stated they are “cautiously optimistic”.
