Hi everyone,
 We are hoping to create this page to ask for support for our mom, Denise, who was diagnosed with lung cancer in July 2025. Our mom is one of the strongest people we know. This is the second cancer battle she has fought in her lifetime. She raised three children as a single mom. She always put our needs before her own. She taught us to always believe in ourselves and the value of family. She is now a proud grandma to Quinn, Daniel and Demi. And being called their “Dee Dee” is one of her greatest joys. They are her greatest source of motivation for her battle.
 The diagnosis was, of course, not easy to face. Our mom has undergone multiple hospitalizations since the diagnosis and has completed months of chemo and radiation. She unfortunately experienced many complications from the treatment. She is hopefully in the “recovery” period but, we won’t know for sure until she undergoes more tests and imaging in the new year. While our mom tries to remain focused on her motivation for ongoing treatment and regaining strength, the reality and burden of those medical expenses is piling up. The expenses include: copayments, coinsurance and thousands of dollars to her high out of pocket maximum. In addition to all the necessities not covered by insurance… 2026 looks to be headed in the same direction.
 In an effort to try to reduce our mom’s stress and worry about the medical bills, we are asking for donations to help cover some of her medical expenses. We appreciate any support you may be able to offer. Even if not financially, your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. As a family, we thank you.
