Our dear friend and loved one Debbie Kessler is facing one of the hardest battles of her life. She was recently diagnosed with metastatic ovarian cancer, an aggressive and overwhelming illness that has turned her world upside down. Despite the shock and the difficult road ahead, Debbie is meeting this challenge with strength, courage, and determination. She will win this battle!

As many of you know, she is the dedicated small business owner of Paws For Attention in Claremont, NC. She has owned this business for over 32 years and remains the sole employee. Her work is not just her livelihood—it’s her passion and the foundation of the life she has built. But cancer doesn’t wait, and the intense treatment schedule, ongoing medical appointments, and physical toll have made it impossible for her to keep her business running at full capacity. With income drastically reduced and medical bills continuing to grow, she now needs our help.

Over the past 32 years she has always put her business at the forefront and she does truly care for the fur babies who come to get groomed. She misses them all and cannot wait to get this bump in the road behind her. Over the past 32 years she has worked 6 days a week and late nights to ensure her business was a success. Now is our time to help her through this.
