For those of us who know Day, we know her as a strong, smart, loving and beautiful mother, nurse, daughter, sister, and friend. Now she faces one of the biggest challenges possible: she has been diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. As you can imagine, this has been devastating for Day, her children, and everyone who knows and loves her.

There are many challenges ahead as Day works with her oncology team to develop a treatment plan, but it is certain to involve daily appointments, increased living and medical expenses, and of course loss of income since she is no longer able to work.
