Hello, my name is Johana and I am creating this go fund me for my beautiful friend Damaris meza. Damaris was recently diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to her omentum. This devastating diagnosis has deeply impacted her and her loved ones.

For those who’ve had the opportunity to meet Damaris, know how special, beautiful, and kind she is. She has this ability to light up every room with her smile, warmth, and kindness. Damaris is the type of person you can call on a hard day and just by one conversation she made everything better. She has always put others before herself, offering love and support.

Damaris has always been a motivated and hardworking person. She recently graduated from Rutgers last year, with a Masters in Social work. Despite achieving this milestone, she still worked long hours serving at her second job. She’s always striving towards her goals and dreams she has close to her heart.

At this time Damaris is currently receiving the medical treatment she urgently needs. This type of cancer requires aggressive treatment.
