Monday night, March 9th, my best friend Courtney began showing symptoms of a stroke, with a massive headache, numbness, and facial drooping. After a quick home assessment, her husband and I called for medical attention, and she was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. After tests and an MRI were completed, it was confirmed she suffered from 2, possibly 3, mini-strokes. She is still awaiting discharge from the hospital and will need to take some time off work to complete her recovery process.

She and her husband, Jon, could use a little help to get them and their children through this time while she heals and figures out what her next steps will be in her recovery. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated to help them through this time of need.
