My name is Roni and I am one of Bries (Bens wife) closest cousins & friends. Brie and Ben are two people in this world who live their lives pouring into everyone else before themselves, both dedicating their free time outside of work to not just coaching kids but teaching them valuable life lessons on and off the mat & courts. Two of the most selfless people you could ever know.

Many of you know, Coach Ben collapsed on Monday at practice and was taken by ambulance to the hospital with what they diagnosed at this time as a severe brain bleed. There are many unknowns right now and I am being updated as much as possible by Brie (coach Bens wife) and my mom and will update here as I can. This is going to be a very long haul for Ben and their family but we serve a mighty God and I know He can do miracles!!

I did not ask for permission to set this go fund me account up because I know Brie would tell me no but I know how much Ben pours into so many others and Brie too, always taking care of everyone else and never asking for anything in return because thats the kind of people they are but its in traumatic and unexpected times such as this that we can all rally around and stand together to help support them in this time of need. It is unknown how long coach Ben will be off from work & coaching, they have three children of their own and Brie will be the sole caretaker for the time being. Brie also works full time, coaches & helps take care of other family members. All we know at this time is that it is going to be a very, very long road to recovery and we need all the prayers for healing as we can get.

Aside from Ben being loved by his wrestling community our entire family loves him to pieces. He is always bringing joy, life and laughter to any and all family gatherings. We can not imagine a life without his positivity and fun spirit.
