Ciarra Joyner, has always been the one others turn to in times of need.

After serving six years as a police officer, she chose to continue her calling to help others by becoming a social worker with a local department in her area. At just 28 years old, she has already

dedicated her life to supporting people through some of their hardest moments.

Now, Ciarra is facing one of the toughest challenges of her own life. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and will begin chemotherapy on May 13, 2026. While she is strong, determined, and ready to fight, the road ahead will be long and physically demanding.

Ciarra has always been independent and selfless, never asking for help. But as she undergoes treatment, she will need to take time away from work, creating financial stress during an already overwhelming time. We want her to be able to focus fully on healing without the added worry of how to manage everyday expenses.
