My name is Chris and I'm attempting to raise funds to pay my utilities this month. I am currently fighting disability for birth injuries and life-long mental health battles. I do not receive food stamps or any public assistance. My 2 bills I'm behind on are my electric and my gas. I have fallen behind by not being able to work.
