Standing with Carly — Love, Hope, and Support

To our friends and family,

I’m writing with a full heart and a humble request for prayers, love, and support for my younger sister, Carly.

In 2020, Carly faced breast cancer with courage and grace, moving forward with deep gratitude for life. Recently, our family received heartbreaking news: Carly has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to the bones. While this is a very serious and frightening diagnosis, Carly continues to meet each day with strength, faith, and a determination that inspires everyone around her.

If you know Carly, you know her heart. She has always been the one who shows up — fully and selflessly — for the people she loves. When our mother was ill, Carly opened her home and helped care for her with tenderness and unwavering devotion until her final day. Soon after, when our niece and her six children needed support after being displaced from the hurricanes, Carly once again stepped in, helping care for their family for over a year without hesitation.

Now, our Carly needs that same love and support surrounding her.

Carly is currently under the care of physicians at the Grossgold Clinic, pursuing a personalized path focused on strengthening her body and giving her the best possible chance moving forward. These treatments are not covered by insurance, and the financial burden is significant. Despite everything, Carly continues to work when she is able, but the costs of care are far beyond what anyone should have to carry alone.

We have set an initial goal of $48,000 to help cover the next phase of her care. Every prayer, share, and donation truly matters and helps ease the burden so Carly can focus her energy on healing, hope, and time with the people she loves.
