Standing With Cari And Her Family In Their Time Of Need

My name is Kevin, and I am starting this GoFundMe for my sister-in-law, Cari, and for the family who loves her more than words can express.

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

With heavy hearts but unwavering hope, we share that our beloved Cari has been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic pancreatic cancer. This diagnosis came suddenly and has turned our world upside down. Her doctors are deeply concerned that the cancer is spreading rapidly through her lungs, and emergency chemotherapy has been ordered to begin immediately.

Nothing prepares a family for news like this. In a matter of weeks, everyday life has shifted into hospital visits, medical decisions, oxygen support, and long hours filled with fear, prayer, and hope. We are standing at the beginning of a difficult and uncertain road, and we are asking for help so that Cari and her family do not have to walk it alone.

Cari is the heart of our family. She is a devoted wife and mother, a deeply loving sister, and a steady source of strength and compassion to everyone who knows her. She is the one who shows up when things are hard, who listens without judgment, who loves without condition, and who brings calm even in the middle of chaos.

Cari is a sports momma through and through. She loves cheering on her boys, standing proudly on the sidelines, and pouring her energy into supporting her children as they grow.

She finds peace in yoga and healing, and she is deeply spiritual, always seeking light even after having walked through a significant amount of serious trauma. She has done the hard work of healing those wounds and has blossomed into a woman of grace, resilience, and purpose.

Professionally, Cari is an accomplished commercial property manager at Mountain 'n Plains. She leads with integrity, compassion, and quiet confidence, and she is a role model to those around her. She has a fighting and competitive spirit, a determination that does not back down, and a deep belief in growth and perseverance.

Above all else, Cari gives true, unconditional love to her children and stepchildren. She is the proud and devoted mother of Ashlyn, Carter, Zane, and her baby son, Dante. Her children are her world. Their laughter, their growth, and their futures are what fuel her strength even now. Cari is only 43 years old, and her birthday is coming up on December 18th.

As she begins this fight, Cari is carrying not only the physical weight of treatment, but also the emotional burden of trying to stay strong for her family while everything feels uncertain.

This fundraiser exists for one simple reason. So Cari does not have to carry everything alone.

Your support helps give Cari and her family the ability to focus on healing instead of bills, the space to rest when her body needs it, time and energy to be present with her children, help with daily life when even small tasks feel overwhelming, and peace of mind during a season filled with fear and unknowns.

Funds raised will help with medical expenses, treatments, medications, oxygen and medical equipment, travel to appointments, household costs, meals, and childcare. These are the quiet burdens that add up quickly while a family is in survival mode.

Cari is strong, and she is ready to fight this disease with everything she has. But strength does not mean doing this without help. It means allowing love, community, and support to step in when it matters most.

If you are able to donate, please know that your generosity directly supports Cari’s fight and her ability to focus on what matters most right now. Her health, her family, and the moments that mean everything. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page, offering prayers, or sending words of encouragement is deeply appreciated.

We will share updates here as Cari begins treatment and continues this fight. We are endlessly grateful for the love, compassion, prayers, and kindness surrounding her and our family.

Thank you for standing with Cari. Thank you for believing in her strength. And thank you for helping give her and her family the fighting chance she so deeply deserves.

With love and gratitude on behalf of the Stillman/Deyo Family,

Thank you, and may your Holiday Season be filled with the warmth, love, and laughter of those you cherish the most.

God bless.
