Hi everyone,

We’re at the start of an unexpected journey after my husband Brian was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and we’re moving forward with strength and hope. Everything moved incredibly quickly, and he has already undergone a craniotomy surgery to remove the lesions. We are so grateful that he was able to receive prompt, expert care during such a frightening time.

Brian is an old soul with a deep passion for media preservation and animation history. After graduating from NYU, he built a career doing what he loves, working with organizations like NBC, the Library of Congress, ESPN, HBO, and currently Paramount. He also co-founded Toonzone, the animation community website. Beyond that, he’s a loving son and brother, and a true superhero to his nieces and nephew—someone who brings quiet strength, kindness, and heart to everyone around him.

We now know that this is a serious diagnosis that will require radiation and chemotherapy in the weeks ahead. We are at the beginning of what will be a long road, and we are taking it one step at a time.

As Brian begins treatment, we are facing:

-Significant medical and surgical expenses

-Ongoing radiation and chemotherapy

-Time away from work during recovery

-Travel and other unexpected costs

Our goal is to allow him to focus fully on healing, without the added weight of financial stress.
