On Friday July 17th, our friend and co worker, Brian, was seriously injured while doing the job he loves.

Brian was preparing to load a disabled vehicle onto his tow truck when an alleged drunk driver crashed into the scene, striking the disabled vehicle and causing devastating injuries. This heartbreaking incident is a reminder of why Slow Down, Move over laws exist- to protect the roadside workers who put themselves in harm's way every day to help others.

Brian remains hospitalized at Albany Medical Center, where he has already undergone surgery on his leg. He also suffered multiple fractures to his head and face. While he has a long road to recovery ahead of him, his strength and determination continue to inspire all of us.

Anyone who knows Brian knows what a kind, gentle and humble man he is. He is always willing to lend a hand, never asks for anything in return, and would likely never ask for help himself. That's why we are asking on his behalf.

As Brian focuses on healing, we want to help ease the financial burden of being out of work and facing a lengthy recovery. Every donation- no matter the amount- will go directly toward helping him bridge the gap while he recovers.
