Our beloved Brett is facing one of the hardest battles of his life.

Brett was born with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NFI), a genetic condition that has affected him since childhood. At just four years old, he underwent his first brain surgery to have a shunt placed. He has shown strength and resilience his entire life.

Recently, Brett was diagnosed with a brain tumor. We are waiting on these results. He has already endured one brain surgery, and shortly after, an emergency second surgery to replace a failed shunt. In a matter of days, his world — and ours — changed completely.

As Brett focuses on healing and recovery, the emotional and financial weight of ongoing medical care, hospital stays, and time away from work continues to grow.

If you know Brett, you know his heart. He has a smile that lights up every room he walks into. He has a deep love for animals, an unwavering devotion to his fiancee, and a close, cherished bond with his Mom, Dad and brother.

He is the kind of person who would drop everything to help someone in need — no questions asked.
