Brothers of Xavier class 1980
At Xavier, we were taught that being “Men for Others” isn't just a phrase on a crest—it’s a lifetime commitment to show up when a brother is down. Today, our classmate Boogie needs us to show up. Boogie recently said goodbye to his mother after her battle with cancer. While he has been working tirelessly behind the wheel as an Uber driver to provide for her, the math of the gig economy is unforgiving. Between the hidden costs of car depreciation, skyrocketing mileage, and constant repairs, his hard work has barely scratched the surface of the mounting end-of-life expenses and funeral costs.
He has spent the last several years prioritizing his family’s care over his own financial stability. Now, he is facing a mountain of debt. We can help.
