Support Beth Unger in Her Fight Against Breast Cancer
Beth Unger is a devoted mother of three adult children, a cherished coworker, and truly one of the strongest, most compassionate people you could ever meet. She has always been the kind of person who gives endlessly to others, with a heart bigger than most—and her family is there for her through every step of this journey, showing just how deeply she is loved and supported.
Just as life was beginning to ease for her, everything changed.
On February 14th—just 12 days before her 50th birthday—Beth was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Since then, her world has been turned upside down.
On March 13th, Beth underwent a double mastectomy with reconstruction. Unfortunately, the reconstruction was not successful, and her pathology report revealed that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes. Because of this, her treatment plan has intensified—what was originally expected to be three months of chemotherapy has now extended to five months, along with the addition of radiation treatments.
As if that weren’t enough, Beth is also facing another surgery to remove her ovaries on April 16th.
Everything has happened so quickly, leaving no time to prepare—emotionally or financially. Medical bills and everyday expenses are already beginning to pile up, creating an overwhelming burden for Beth and her family during an already difficult time.
We are asking for your prayers, support, and kindness. If you feel led to donate, any contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward helping cover medical bills and essential living expenses. These funds will be carefully managed by Beth’s daughter, Bailey (Lauren).
If you would prefer to help in another way, gift cards for groceries or gas would also mean so much during this time. Please feel free to reach out to me or Beth’s sister, Emily Duncan, for more information.
Beth’s fight is just beginning, and although the road ahead will not be easy, she is surrounded by a loving family and a community that cares deeply for her. Your prayers and generosity will make a meaningful difference in her journey.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
