Hello everyone.

This evening, I am starting a GoFundMe for the generous owners of Baldarotta's Porketta & Sicilian Sausage. Unfortunately, on the night of my boss's (Jordan Baldarotta's) birthday, someone got into the establishment and deliberately sabotaged the small business by stealing roughly $1,500 in cash, cutting wires to ticket printers, taking temperature knobs from the ovens and flattop, and even stealing the P.O.S. tablet that everyone ordered off of daily... Fingerprinting was done, and unfortunately there were no cameras so theres been no arrest made until further investigations take place.

As one of the few employees in this establishment, I feel compelled to start this GoFundMe so these kind people can start off the year of 2026 without stress and worry. From keeping me busy and employed to offering me rides and Ubers home, their generosity never goes unnoticed. So i am wanting to show them some generosity back through our amazing town. Jordan and Paris are such a positive aspect within the Champaign-Urbana community and I know they have an amazing support system behind them as well. Lets show them they do.
