Our hearts are broken as we share news we never imagined we’d have to face. Our sweet one-year-old niece, Aria was recently diagnosed with leukemia. At only a year old, she should be learning new words, taking wobbly steps, and exploring the world with joy—not fighting for her life.

Aria is about to start her first chemotherapy treatment 12/05, and while she is showing incredible strength, the journey ahead is long and overwhelming. Her parents, are doing everything they can to stay by her side through every test, every treatment, and every sleepless night. The emotional and financial weight this diagnosis brings is more than any family should have to bear alone especially with the holidays. As some may know Alex is expecting Arias little brother in April, with this diagnosis and hospitalization before the official diagnosis Alex has had to use her PTO that was supposed to to be her maternity leave…

We’re asking for help to support:

• Hospital stays and specialized treatment

• Medication and medical supplies

• Time away from work so her parents can stay with her

• Travel costs to and from the hospital

• Any unexpected expenses that come with long-term care
