Hi, this is Anupriya Narlapati. I am from Andhra Pradesh, India.

I came to do my masters in the USA in 2025. I shared a room with students who were already studying for their masters.

At the beginning, they were friendly and supportive. Later, I realized that they had other intentions when they were asking me for favors.

When I denied their requests for physical intimacy, they forced me to engage in physical intimacy with them. They haven’t touched me. But the news was that I had physical involvement with multiple people at once.

My face got popular, my news got popular, and wherever I go, people started recognizing me and questioning me if I was the person or not.

I was vulnerable and helpless in that situation, and I am sad to know they were drunk at that time.

These guys belong to the same state I came from.

I was lost, vulnerable to the core, helpless, and ashamed in that situation. I became silent, and I didn’t want to report it to any kind of authorities because those guys have a lot of influence in the cities they live in, in the state of AP.

Me and my parents are strong enough to get support. And I am not financially strong enough to relocate to another state. With the defamed character I have, I decided not to continue my journey in the USA and move back to India.

I am not seeking any emotional support, as I have moved on from that situation. However, I need some support from our community or our people so that it can help me pay off my education loan and get some support that helps me stand on my feet.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to say.

My family came to know these things, and my father, who is aged, is currently in a critical condition, and I have to move back immediately and take care of.
