Hi, my name is Nicholas, and I am one of the supervisors at Bronx Veterinary Center. I have had the privilege of working closely with Anthony for quite some time, and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our team to support him during an incredibly difficult moment in his life.

On December 4th, Anthony was seriously injured in a tragic car accident. While crossing the street on his way home, a distracted driver who was on their phone struck and ran over him, leaving Anthony with severe injuries.

As a result of the accident, Anthony suffered multiple broken bones, including a fractured femur and several broken ribs, along with extensive bruising and cuts. He required surgery to insert a metal rod into his femur, which ended up being a permanent implant that will remain with him for the rest of his life. This traumatic event has had a profound impact on Anthony both physically and mentally, and his recovery will take time, patience, and support.

Anthony is a vital part of the Bronx Veterinary Center family. As one of our main veterinary technicians, he plays a key role in both in-patient and out-patient care. Whether he is providing treatments, running diagnostics, or assisting our doctors during surgeries, Anthony consistently shows dedication, compassion, and professionalism. This tragedy has deeply affected everyone who has had the opportunity to work alongside him.
