Our family is navigating a sudden and serious medical situation with my sister, Aminah. Aminah is a bold, bright light of energy. She is a boxer, a certified holistic massage therapist, a world traveler who speaks multiple languages, an incredible dancer, and someone who can confidently navigate just about anywhere. She has loved heavy metal since she was a kid and is deeply involved in the rock community. More than anything, Aminah loves God with all of her heart. She will do just about anything to help a friend or family member in their time of need. She has been a strong advocate for children and for survivors of domestic violence, always using her voice and strength to protect and uplift others. Her laugh fills a room, and her presence leaves a lasting mark on everyone she meets.

Recently, Aminah experienced a sudden medical emergency and is currently receiving ongoing care. Doctors are still working to understand exactly what happened. While she does have health insurance, we know she will not be able to work for the foreseeable future as she focuses on recovery. As we continue to hope and pray for healing, we are preparing for rehabilitation, living expenses, and long-term support during this uncertain time.
