I'm Natalie Hilpipre, my husband Allen has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. He currently can't lift anything, has difficult breathing and is in a lot of pain. We live in Iowa Falls, Iowa and his medical team in is Ames, Iowa about 50 miles away. We are struggling with finances since he has not been able to work since early December 2025. I have health issues that prevent me from working as well. Currently we are worried about February rent, needing to pay $800. Bills are starting to come in for the medical coverage. We have met with the doctor's office to set up a billing plan and seek financial options. We are already struggling with gas money to and from appointments. We have received help to buy new tires for our vehicle. We are also struggling with having food. We try to utilize help with getting food. Allen and I have two boys, ages 6 and 16. Allen has always been hard-worker and proud of providing for his family. Asking for assistance is very humbling for him. We appreciate any help you are able to provide us.
