Support Alexis & Aaliyah Wallace’s Recovery Fund
On Thursday evening, July 23rd, our loved ones Alexis Wallace (28) and Aaliyah Wallace (19) were involved in a devastating collision in Lubbock, Texas. A wrong-way driver struck their pickup truck head-on along I-27, causing their vehicle to catch fire.
By God’s grace, both Alexis and Aaliyah survived, but they sustained serious, life-altering injuries and were rushed to Covenant Medical Center.
The Journey Ahead
Both Alexis and Aaliyah face an exceptionally long and painful road to recovery, as both will require extensive reconstructive surgeries:
Alexis, A Veteran of the U.S Airforce faces severe physical trauma—including a broken neck and two shattered feet—and will not be able to walk for quite some time as she undergoes reconstructive surgery and heals.
Aaliyah, A Texas Tech Student & Scoliosis Advocate, suffered broken ribs and a shattered foot requiring reconstruction. As a hardworking student juggling part-time jobs, she does not qualify for paid medical leave (FMLA) and faces immediate financial strain during her recovery.
How You Can Help
With both girls facing major surgeries and unable to work while recovering, medical bills, rehabilitation costs, daily living expenses, and monthly essentials are piling up fast. We want to remove as much financial stress as possible so Alexis and Aaliyah can focus entirely on healing.
