In Loving Memory of Abdul Qadir Salehi Zada
Hi everyone!
I’m creating this fundraiser for my close friend and her family during one of the most heartbreaking times of their lives.
It is with broken hearts that we share the tragic passing of Abdul Qadir after a sudden accident. While working beneath his car, the jack unexpectedly failed, causing catastrophic injuries. Despite every effort to save him, he sadly passed away. Abdul Qadir came to the United States as a refugee with three of his children following the fall of Kabul. During the evacuation process, he was separated from his wife and two other children, who remain in Afghanistan and are still waiting for their immigration case to be resolved. He now leaves behind five beloved children — three here, who must face life without their father, and two in Afghanistan, mourning his loss from afar. Their mother remains unable to reunite with her children due to the pending immigration process. This heartbreaking situation has left the children not only without their father, but also separated from their mother during the most difficult time of their lives.
We are asking our community to please come together and support his children with funeral expenses and daily living costs during this devastating time. Abdul Qadir was the primary provider for his family, both here in the United States and for his loved ones in Afghanistan. His sudden passing has left his children not only grieving the loss of their father, but also facing significant financial uncertainty. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
All funds raised will go directly to his daughter. Funds will help cover funeral expenses and provide essential daily support for his children, both here in the United States and in Afghanistan. These contributions will assist with housing, food, transportation, clothing, and other basic needs, helping provide stability for the family in the months ahead as they navigate this devastating loss.
