Literally giving up! Not one donation but there are thousands donated to felons every second !!!!!!!

There are an accumulation of many different reasons I am asking for financial help. I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and I recently have had some car issues on top of having new medical issues. I was recently diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension (cardiac) that has been very unmanageable and my Orthopedic spinal doctor is pushing me to have spinal surgery so I do not become paralyzed in my right leg. The surgery is not a guarantee to stop the nerve compression/pain/symptoms but a way to prolong my walking. That is just the beginning of my medical issues and journey to get my physical body back to "normal" . My car needs to have some work done, it is the alternator, which is expensive and that doesn't include labor or any other issues to have it fixed. With all this being said it is imperative I can get my vehicle working and a cushion of support to help when I am having surgery/healing. I am the only source for my child and I when it comes to daily life and with a multitude of things at once, we desperately need help to get through until I am able to get back on my feet. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated!!
