Help Us Fight for the Truth and Protect My Son

As a parent, there is nothing more important to me than protecting my child—especially when he needs me the most.

Right now, my son is facing a situation no child should have to endure. At the time of this accusation he was 5 years old. He has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. He has been accused of something at school, and this could impact his future in serious and lasting ways. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that the video being used as evidence only shows him flapping his hands which is what children with Autism do when they are overstimulated. Despite this, we are now in a position where we must defend him and ensure his voice is heard.

We believe in his innocence, and we are committed to standing by him but we cannot do this alone anymore with the cost of this fight rising.

The legal and defense fees required to properly represent him are more than we can manage on our own now. We are asking for help to raise $5,000 to cover attorney costs and related expenses so that he has a fair chance.

This has been an incredibly emotional and a stressful time for our family. Watching my child go through this feeling scared, confused, and judged, has been one of the hardest things to watch as a parent. No family should have to choose between financial stability and fighting for their child’s future.
