I am a teacher who has dedicated my career to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. My work has always been rooted in compassion, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued.

Unfortunately, I have had to face a situation in my own workplace that no one should ever experience.

Over a period of time, I was subjected to sexual harassment by my employer. Speaking up about this took immense courage and came with significant personal and professional risks. Like many people in similar circumstances, I felt fear, uncertainty, and isolation, but I knew that remaining silent would allow harmful behaviour to continue unchecked.

I have now taken the difficult step of pursuing legal action to seek accountability and justice.

Legal cases are complex and costly, and as a teacher, I do not have the financial means to cover the full legal expenses alone. These costs include solicitor fees, court-related expenses, and essential support throughout the process.
